The Silence of the Martyrs (El Silencio de los Mártires)

In a dungeon, a torturer who belongs to a certain society experiments on young men by subjecting them to various forms of torture, believing that their suffering will give them a glimpse of what lies beyond life. In his previous attempts, the men died; in this attempt, after subjecting his victim to extreme abuse, the torturer manages to elicit a response from him but it is not the one he expected.
