My Sweet Valentine
When Eleonora accepts an overnight assignment caring for Riccardo, a silent patient obsessed with an imaginary violin, she expects a difficult shift, not a descent into terror. As disturbing events blur the line between trauma and the supernatural, her first day with him becomes the beginning of the end.
