The film, and concept, has been in the works for a long time. And required some adjustments, thanks to the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The original concept for the film was to have the production film at a legit physical (and new) HorrorHound Weekend event (which we had actually planned to host in Louisiana!) – where attendees would have the chance to be extras – finding themselves on-screen in the fourth installment of this long-running franchise. As mentioned, when the COVID-19 pandemic shut down film productions, industry-wide, new ideas were required to complete the film – as the studio pivoted and turned the popular HorrorHound Weekend indoor event into an outdoor "HorrorHound Festival" for the feature film. Not only making filming safer for all those involved, but assuring the production could follow safety guidelines to assure the completion of the movie. HorrorHound was happy to help in whatever capacity to see filming continue, providing our name, logo, and merchandise to help give the flavor of the 'Hound!

ABOUT THE FILM:
“Jeepers Creepers: Reborn unfolds as the HorrorHound Festival holds its first ever event in Louisiana, where it attracts hundreds of geeks, freaks and die-hard horror fans from far and wide. Among them is fanboy Chase and his girlfriend Laine, who is forced to come along for the ride. But as the event approaches, Laine begins to experience unexplained premonitions and disturbing visions associated with the town’s past, and in particular, local legend/urban myth The Creeper. As the festival arrives and the blood-soaked entertainment builds to a frenzy, Laine believes that something unearthly has been summoned…and that she is at the center of it.”
